To View Managers Evaluation Approvals:

In order to view the Managers Evaluation Approvals click Approvals click Evaluation Approvals.

 

  • In this window Manager should fill up all the 6 steps one by one.  
  • At the Last step Manager should took his/her decision and give marks to his/her employee.
  • In case if the evaluation type was for Probationary period or for the Extended Probationary period, the Evaluator ( Direct Manager ) has to decide whether to:

  1. Continue to work: Employee will be converted from Employee under probationary period to normal employee.
  2. Discontinue to work: HR will terminate the employee’s contract.
  3.  Extend Probationary period: Employee will be converted to Employee with extended probationary period for 3 more months and same evaluation will be applied later.

 

 

 

  • Managers have to take decisions from the pop up down menu.
  • Then after finishing the step 7 click on and .
  • After as a Manageryour evaluation assement task is finished.It will automatically goes to the employee again.
  • Once the manager finishes the evaluation details in addition the decision about the status of employee “to continue or not”, the evaluation workflow will reach the employee to take the decision.
