Contract Renewal Flow Chart:

System will generate the Contract renewal evaluation before 3 Months from the End of the Contract Date.

Employee has to fill the self-assessment within 5 days maximum, otherwise the system will automatically generate the mark of each question in the evaluation as (Meets Requirements 3/5).

After filling the self-assessment within the mentioned time it goes to Employees Direct Manager.
Direct Manager has to fill the evaluation of the employee within 5 days, otherwise the system will automatically generate the mark of each question in the evaluation as (Outstanding 5/5).

Manager has to decide in this type of evaluation :

Continue to work : this decision will state that Department is willing to renew his / her contract and continue his / her work..
Discontinue to work: this decision states that Department is not willing to continue his / her services in the Department.

The evaluation will return back to the employee for taking his / her decision once the direct manager answers on the evaluation workflow request .

Employee has to answer on the request within 5 days, otherwise, the system will update the evaluation as Employee is willing to "Continue to work"

Employee has to respond on this request by deciding :

Continue to work: this means that the employee agrees to renew his / her contract & continue the work
Discontinue to work: this means that the employee doesn't want to renew his / her contract

After the decision from the employee, evaluation goes to his / her Director.

After the director decision it will goes to HR Department for further process.

It will forwarded to the Chief Officer Concerned by the HR if needed.
