Quarterly period Evaluation

Quarterly Period Flow Chart:

System will generate the Quarterly period evaluation after 165 days from the onsite date.
Employee has to fill the self-assessment within 5 days maximum, otherwise the system will automatically populate the mark of each question in the evaluation as (Meets Requirements 3/5)
After Filling the self-assessment within the available time period it will goes to Employees Direct Managers.
Direct Manager has to fill the evaluation of the employee within 5 days, otherwise the system will automatically populate the mark of each question in the evaluation as (Outstanding 5/5).
